The North East Premier League is delighted to confirm that at last night's Annual General Meeting, former Durham Head Coach, Geoff Cook was elected as the new President of the League. Geoff has a wealth of experience in cricket around the country, and all at the North East Premier League are delighted to have such a well respected individual on board with us.

Keith has also been League Secretary and Results Secretary and at the AGM Keith Robson referred not just to Keith's outstanding service but also his good advice and dedication. Geoff Cook presented Keith with a coomemorative glass bowl at the AGM.

Ray Burn has succeeded Keith as the new treasurer of the league, while Keith will continue to be involved as our auditor.

Also standing down from the League Management Committee is Doug Hudson who has served on the Committee since the League was formed in 2000. Keith Robson thanked Doug for his magnificent service. Doug was also presented with a commemorative glass bowl at the Annual Dinner and Presentation evening last month.
