Transfer news for players transferring from another league.

By NEPL Editor

Please see below a statement from Jeff Marshall regarding transfer news for players transferring from another league.

Dear Club Secretaries and main NEPL contacts

Thank you for your patience while the attached Transfer Form was being devised. It has been designed to incorporate the Category 1 registration form to avoid the need for more than one form when signing a new player.

Please click the link below and go to the Form named - Player Transfer Form (Outside Leagues) – Category 1

Please note that the Transfer Form is only required for signing players from clubs outside the NEPL. Where the transfer is between two NEPL clubs, officials of both clubs can simply email Jeff Marshall (Registration Secretary) to state that they have no objection, or otherwise.

The three new clubs to the NEPL will not require the Transfer Form until after the season has commenced. Until that time, all players are essentially new to the NEPL and should complete the relevant registration form.

Best regards,

Jeff Marshall
NEPL Registration Secretary
