Clifton Hill Cricket Club seeks UK Cricketer

Clifton Hill Cricket Club in Melbourne is one of the largest clubs in the Eastern Cricket Association, currently fielding 6 senior and 8 junior teams. The First XI play in the top synthetic division; Macgibbon Shield.

We are seeking a talented player from the United Kingdom to add to our young but talented playing list. Our ideal candidate is a top/middle order batsmen from a premier league club (or equivalent) who display leadership skills. However, all interested players from a premier league/equivalent clubs are still encouraged to apply.

We have recruited 10 players from the UK in the past decade and pride ourselves in supporting young men in fulfilling a lifelong dream of playing cricket in Australia during an Ashes summer. We proudly provide excellent playing and social facilities & a social environment that is both vibrant and harmonious. We are an inner city club and are only 10 minutes by train from the city and the MCG.

A remuneration package is on offer to the right candidate. The Clifton Hill Cricket Club equally values on-field success and off-field harmony.
