Good Luck to South Northumberland in the NatWest T20

Following South Northumberland's victory over Burnopfield in the North East Premier League T20 Finals Day held earlier this month the Bulls now qualify for the NatWest T20 Area Finals Day.

This year's NatWest T20 Area Finals will take place next Sunday at Clifton Park the home of York Cricket Club.

Hosts York of the Yorkshire Premier League North, will take on Bradford and Bingley Cricket Cricket Club of the Bradford Premier League at 10am.

This is followed by South Northumberland taking on North Yorkshire South Durham outfit Barnard Castle at 1pm.

The final will take place at 16:00pm

South Northumberland will be without John Graham and Marcus North who are both on holiday, and Calum MacLeod who is inelligible.

Meanwhile the ECB and South Northumberland CC have agreed the following statement regarding the Royal London National Club Championship.

“The ECB has excluded South Northumberland CC from the remainder of this year’s National Club Championship after the ECB highlighted an inadvertent breach of the competition’s rules. The ECB is satisfied that South Northumberland CC acted in good faith throughout and is to review the relevant rule after this year’s competition has concluded.”
