NEPL Umpires Meeting

The pre-season meeting with the NEPL umpires panel will take place at Ropery Lane at 7.30 on Monday 4 April.

Peter Brown, Chairman of the Umpires Sub-Committee said. 'The meeting is a good opportunity for our new umpires to meet up with our existing umpires, some of whom have been with us since the league started 17 years ago. We are pleased to welcome a number of new umpires to join the panel and we now have 61 umpires who will be officiating almost 1000 NEPL matches in 2016. I am hoping that over 95% of matches will have 2 umpires.'
