The League Management Committee has agreed to make various changes to the Sunday Leagues aimed at reducing the number of conceded and uncompetitive matches.
This year's NEPL Twenty20 Competition will begin on Friday 19th May, with fixtures starting at 5:45pm. A full list of fixtures can be viewed below.
League Fixtures across all four Saturday Divisions are now complete and ready to go for the 2017 season.
Last year's Winners Chester le Street have a bye in the first round taking on Sacriston in the second round at Ropery Lane with the 2016 Runners up Benwell Hill taking on Washington away.
This year's Banks Bowl will see 2016 Winners Chester le Street take on Whitburn at home with 2016 Runners Up Tynemouth, receiving a BYE in the first round before playing Seaham Harbour or Sunderland in the second round.
In this year's Banks 3XI Competition, 2016 Winners Burnmoor have a bye in the first round with the 2016 runners up South Shields having a home fixture against Benwell Hill

Fixtures for the 2017 Midweek League and Banks Shield have now been drawn and are listed below. All games are 6pm starts and South Hetton will continue to play in this league.
